It's the kind of message a toddler won't fully get yet and will absolutely repeat back to you at the worst possible moment, which is exactly how it's supposed to work.

The garment. 5.3oz soft cotton · classic toddler fit · taped neck and shoulders under a coat or car seat strap · tearaway label, nothing scratchy at the back of the neck.
