Headphones Help Me Regulate across the front — plain, practical, no apology built in. Turn around and the back closes the loop: It's not anti-social. Not avoidance. Not a snub to whoever's talking. A way of managing noise, input, and everything else a crowded room throws at once — worn as fact, not defence.

The garment. 5.3oz 100% cotton · classic fit · 7/8" seamless rib collar · taped shoulders, double-needle stitched neckline, hem and sleeves · tearaway label.

Sensory notes. Soft-hand print, sits into the fabric rather than on top of it. No back-of-neck tag. Runs true to size.
